Panaroma Elie Saab by Reportage

Panorama by ELIE SAAB is a landmark 27-story luxury residential tower located on the Caspian Sea waterfront within the exclusive Sea Breeze community in Baku, Azerbaijan. Developed as a joint venture between Reportage Group, Sabah Investment Group, and global fashion house ELIE SAAB, it introduces the region’s first branded residences.

The building’s striking architecture features curved, tiered balconies designed to maximize panoramic sea views, while the interiors are fully curated by ELIE SAAB Maison with bespoke Italian-crafted furniture. Offering 582 premium units—ranging from junior 1-bedroom apartments to expansive 4-bedroom duplexes and a signature penthouse—the project provides residents with elite amenities, including indoor and outdoor infinity pools, a private spa, a fitness center, and direct beach access.
